Check it out.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan :&lt;br /&gt;175 gr tepung terigu&lt;br /&gt;100 gr mentega&lt;br /&gt;55 cc air&lt;br /&gt;2 butir telur&lt;br /&gt;1/2 sdt vanilli bubuk&lt;br /&gt;80 gram gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;5 gram BP&lt;br /&gt;30 gram keju cheddar, potong dadu&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat :&lt;br /&gt;1. Rebus air dan mentega sampai mendidih&lt;br /&gt;2. Tuang terigu di wadah mixer, tuangi rebusan air dan mentega sedikit-sedikit sambil di-mixer dengan kecepatan sedang&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan vanili bubuk, masukkan telur satu-persatu, aduk rata&lt;br /&gt;4. Masukkan gula pasir dan BP, aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;5. Masukkan keju dadu, aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;6. Masukkan ke dalam cetakan muffin sampai hampir penuh. Menurut ibu saya yang rada rewel kalo soal makanan, makaroni schotel perdana ini enak dan nggak eneg&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img src="http://i25.tinypic.com/2njfwxw.jpg" alt="blogger-emoticon.blogspot.com" title="blogger-emoticon.blogspot.com" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ini resepnya :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan :&lt;br /&gt;1 bungkus makaroni (kira-kira 250 gram lah yang di supermarket itu), rebus, tiriskan&lt;br /&gt;2 sdm tepung terigu&lt;br /&gt;1 buah bawang bombay kecil, potong dadu&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt garlic powder&lt;br /&gt;margarin secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;50 gram mentega (salted/ unsalted --&amp;gt; nanti tinggal sesuaikan jumlah garam)&lt;br /&gt;Daging giling secukupnya (yah kira-kira 100-110 gram lah, sesuai selera aja)&lt;br /&gt;sejumput pala bubuk&lt;br /&gt;sejumput merica bubuk&lt;br /&gt;garam secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;gula pasir secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;kaldu sapi blok 1 kotak&lt;br /&gt;250 ml susu cair&lt;br /&gt;4 butir telur, kocok lepas&lt;br /&gt;150 gram keju cheddar, parut&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat :&lt;br /&gt;1. Panaskan margarin, tumis bawang bombay sampai harum, tambahkan garlic powder.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan tepung terigu, aduk rata&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan susu cair dan mentega, aduk rata sampai matang, matikan api&lt;br /&gt;4. masukkan daging giling, telur, pala, merica, garam, gula dan keju parut. Aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;5. Jadi kalo bikin soto ambengan, sebaiknya lebih fokus ke pembuatan taburan koya-nya daripada kuahnya.. Hehehehe, nggak deng, ya fokus dua-duanya lah :D Tapi memang koya-nya itu penting banget, sodara-sodara..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Banyak jenis resep soto ambengan, dulu pernah buat juga tapi resepnya hilang sebelum diposting. Tapi yang ini jauh lebih enak daripada yang dulu, yah mirip soto pak Sadi deh :p  So check the recipe out :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan :&lt;br /&gt;1/2 ekor ayam&lt;br /&gt;2 batang serai, keprek&lt;br /&gt;4 daun jeruk&lt;br /&gt;2 lt air&lt;br /&gt;6 sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;2 sdt gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bumbu halus :&lt;br /&gt;2 bungkus kecil ebi, rendam sebentar&lt;br /&gt;5 butir bawang merah&lt;br /&gt;4 butir bawang putih&lt;br /&gt;kunyit, jahe, lengkuas --&gt; jumlahnya kira2 1 ruas jari&lt;br /&gt;2 sdt ketumbar&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt merica&lt;br /&gt;5 kemiri, sangrai&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat :&lt;br /&gt;1. Rebus ayam bersama bahan2 lain sampai matang, ambil ayamnya *, sisihkan kaldunya&lt;br /&gt;2. Tumis bumbu halus sampai matang (sampai nggak bau langu)&lt;br /&gt;3. Aduk hingga rata. Masukkan mentega/ margarin cair, aduk rata, diamkan 15 menit. Cetak kulit tipis-tipis dengan menggunakan wajan anti lengket. Lakukan sampai adonan kulit habis.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;2) Letakkan berturut-turut smoked beef, keju, irisan bawang bombay secukupnya, dan tutup dengan smoked beef lagi.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;3) Letakkan di 1/3 pinggir kuit, lipat bentuk persegi panjang. Nah kemarin saya coba-coba sok tau, siapa tau bisa jadi kayak yang di restoran itu... &lt;img src="http://us.i1.yimg.com/us.yimg.com/i/mesg/emoticons7/39.gif" alt=":-?"/&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hasilnya ternyata rasanya bisa mirip! cuma penampilannya aja yang lebih bagus di restoran... hyehehe... sayang fotonya agak gelap... &lt;img src="http://us.i1.yimg.com/us.yimg.com/i/mesg/emoticons7/20.gif" alt=":(("/&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;begini caranya, gampang bangets...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 bungkus egg tofu*, potong uang logam kira2 tingginya 3 cm&lt;br /&gt;1 siung bawang merah, iris tipis&lt;br /&gt;1 siung bawang putih, iris tipis&lt;br /&gt;3 buah cabai rawit merah, iris tipis&lt;br /&gt;daun bawang secukupnya, iris serong tipis&lt;br /&gt;garam&lt;br /&gt;minyak goreng&lt;br /&gt;air sedikit&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1) goreng egg tofu sampai permukaannya kering, supaya diosengnya nggak hancur, sisihkan&lt;br /&gt;2) panaskan minyak goreng, tumis bawang merah dan bawang putih sampai agak kering (harus sampai agak kering yaaa)&lt;br /&gt;3) masukkan cabai rawit dan daun bawang, aduk sebentar, tambahkan sedikit air&lt;br /&gt;4) tambahkan garam, masak sebentar&lt;br /&gt;5) masukkan egg tofu yang sudah digoreng. Tapi itu nggak jadi-jadi juga, sampai hari ini akhirnya saya bikin cupcake juga, akhirnyaaa... jadinya yah not bad lah ya...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;tadinya sih sempat ragu-ragu karna masih trauma euy sama chocolate cake yang gagal total kemarin itu, tapi yah namanya juga saya pengen bisa bikin kue2 yang enak, jadi the show must go on! seneng banget waktu liat si cupcakes ini ngembang di dalam oven :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_JHz84txdLto/R7_u4iyiRSI/AAAAAAAAALo/Q4HkoIatxqI/s1600-h/cupcake%3Boven.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_JHz84txdLto/R7_u4iyiRSI/AAAAAAAAALo/Q4HkoIatxqI/s200/cupcake%3Boven.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5170113552423470370" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;nih resepnya,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;75 gr mentega tawar&lt;br /&gt;50 gr margarin&lt;br /&gt;25 gr gula pasir halus&lt;br /&gt;1 bungkus (25 gr) cappuccino bubuk&lt;br /&gt;3 kuning telur&lt;br /&gt;100 gr tepung terigu&lt;br /&gt;50 gr dark cooking chocolate (DCC), parut, bekukan di freezer&lt;br /&gt;3 putih telur&lt;br /&gt;50 gr gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;1/8 sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1) kocok mentega tawar, margarin, gula pasir halus, dan cappuccino bubuk sampai lembut. Tambahkan kuning telur. Kocok rata&lt;br /&gt;2) masukkan tepung terigu sambil diayak dan diaduk rata. Tambahkan DCC parut. Aduk rata. Sisihkan&lt;br /&gt;3) Kocok putih telur dan garam sampai setengah mengembang&lt;br /&gt;4) Tuang sedikit-sedikit ke adonan. Aduk perlahan&lt;br /&gt;5) Tuang di cetakan muffin yang dialas cup kertas. :p), dan sebenarnya lumayan enak juga sih, tapi ini adalah cake gagal saya yang ke-sekian kali. Kenapa yaaa? kenapa koq saya ini nggak bisa bikin cake, payah. Padahal saya udah baca teori membuat cake, dari hal2 yang umum sampai hal-hal detail seperti suhu telur, suhu mentega, terigu diayak berapa kali, apalah itu... Tapi koq ya nggak sukses juga, hiks... mungkin mesti kursus kali. Padahal tadi bela2in beli loyang 22 cm yang tingginya 5 cm, saking mau menghindari hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan, eh ternyata terjadi juga... Cake kurang ngembang, apa karena nggak dikasih baking powder ya? Tapi kan saya ceritanya tadi mau nurut sama reseeeppp... hikshikshiksss... &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Yasudahlah nanti kapan-kapan coba lagi, tapi sebelumnya mau kursus dulu kali ya? Oiya jadinya resep nggak di-posting ya, kitchen attack hanya memposting resep yang berhasil dengan mudah, hehehe. Masukkan air, masak sebentar. Masukkan saus tomat dan saus cabai. Campur kecap ikan, angciu, dan tepung maizena, Sisihkan sedikitnya 15 menit agar bumbu meresap&lt;br /&gt;2) Panaskan minyak goreng yang banyak dalam wajan di atas api sedang. Goreng potongan ayam secara bertahap hingga matang dan warnanya kuning kecokelatan (kurleb 3 menit), angkat, tiriskan&lt;br /&gt;3) Panaskan 3 sdm minyak goreng, tumis bawang putih dan jahe hingga matang dan harum. Masukkan paprika, aduk hingga rata, tuangi campuran saus&lt;br /&gt;4)Masak hingga mendidih, masukkan ayam goreng, aduk rata. Tambahkan bawang cung&lt;br /&gt;5) Masukkan larutan tepung, aduk, dan masak hingga kuah mengental, angkat. Pindahkan masakan ke atas piring saji, hidangkan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;---&gt;Ini resep aslinya judulnya Hot and Spicy Fish, dari buku Primarasa A la Resto Cina. Resep yang diatas itu saya ambil dari buku itu sama persis, kecuali di resep aslinya pakai 400 gr fillet ikan kerapu yang diatas saya ganti 200 gr ayam. Yah soalnya di rumah ga ada fillet ikan kerapu, adanya ayam :p&lt;br /&gt;---&gt; Bumbu perendam ayam tadi saya tambah pake bawang putih dan garam, jahenya juga ikut di perendam, bukan ikut tumisan. Untuk waktu menumis juga saya kasih garam.&lt;br /&gt;---&gt; Oiya, daun bawang cung itu apa ya? Maap ni, berhubung saya pemasak amatiran, jadi saya nggak tau daun bawang cung itu apa. Apa bedanya ya sama daun bawang biasa? Tadi sih saya ganti pakai daun bawang biasa... Jadi bingung mau diapain, trus di majalah SEDAP edisi 3/VIII/2007 ada resep puding yoghurt, jadilah saya coba bikin puding ini. Cakep kan? ^o^&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ni resepnya...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan Puding :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;600 ml susu cair&lt;br /&gt;150 gram gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;1 bungkus agar2 bubuk&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt (5 gram) jeli instan&lt;br /&gt;1/8 sdt esens vanila&lt;br /&gt;200 gram yoghurt plain&lt;br /&gt;2 sdt air jeruk lemon&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan saus :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;250 ml susu cair&lt;br /&gt;1 sdm tepung maizena&lt;br /&gt;1 kuning telur&lt;br /&gt;60 gram gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;15 gram cokelat bubuk&lt;br /&gt;50 gram dark cooking chocolate&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat :&lt;br /&gt;1) Saus, masak bahan saus, kecuali kuning telur sambil diaduk sampai mendidih. Ambil sedikit adonan. Tuang ke dalam kuning telur. Aduk rata. Tuang lagi campuran ini ke rebusan saus sambil diaduk sampai mendidih&lt;br /&gt;2) Puding, rebus susu cair, gula pasir, agar-agar, jeli instan, dan esens vanila sambil diaduk sampai mendidih. Masukkan yoghurt dan jeruk lemon. Aduk rata&lt;br /&gt;3) Tuang ke cetakan. Biarkan berlangit. Beri saus. Pindahkan ke panci, kemudian masak sebentar, tambah gula menurut selera. Beri sedikit perasan jeruk lemon, kemudian tambahkan krim kental, aduk rata&lt;br /&gt;2) Kupas apel, kemudian bagi menjadi 4, buang bijinya dan olesi dengan jeruk lemon agar apel tidak berubah warna. Keringkan apel dengan tissue dapur&lt;br /&gt;3) Di tiga mangkuk terpisah tarus maizena, telur dan tepung roti&lt;br /&gt;4) Celup apel dalam telur, kemudian lapisi dengan maizena, masukkan ke dalam telur lagi, dan terakhir dengan tepung roti&lt;br /&gt;5) Panaskan minyak, jika minyak sudah panas, turunkan panas api, kemudian goreng apel hingga kuning kecokelatan. Suguhkan dengan saus strawberry.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;---&gt;ini resep dari acara gula-gula, yang di transTV setiap sabtu pagi jam 8 itu lho...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;*tepung roti panko itu tepung roti jepang. Saya nggak pakai panko berhubung nggak punya dan males nyari, jadi saya pake bread crumbs. Jumlah air bisa dikira-kira sendiri yaaa...&lt;br /&gt;2) goreng sebentar ayam yang sudah direbus sampai luarnya agak kering, jangan terlalu lama supaya ayam nggak jadi keras, sisihkan&lt;br /&gt;2) Panaskan mentega (ini jumlahnya juga disesuaikan dengan jumlah bahan)*&lt;br /&gt;3) tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay sampai harum&lt;br /&gt;4) masukkan kecap inggris, kecap asin, dan kecap manis, aduk dan matangkan saus sebentar&lt;br /&gt;5) masukkan ayam yang tadi sudah digoreng, tambahkan air sedikit, aduk dan masak sampai bumbu meresap&lt;br /&gt;6) larutkan tepung terigu ke dalam sedikit air, lalu masukkan ke dalam masakan, aduk sebentar&lt;br /&gt;7) sajikan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;---&gt; ayam goreng mentega ini enak.
